The databank systems are up this morning after we took several steps to mitigate the slowness issue. We upgraded our server drives to faster high capacity drives, and reset the system to what it had been before last Saturday’s Microsoft system updates and Monday’s AWS outage.
We are still seeing some lag times, and will continue working with our data center and AWS as needed, and monitor the system closely.
